One of my leghorns has not been herself this past couple days. Her comb is pale and she keeps her head buried in her body. It is getting colder but my other chickens are okay. She still lays eggs every so often. I am currently stuck with the problem of boredom. Just so you know advice would be great;don’t even know if I should be worried the first to are the hen I am worried about and the second two is my other leghorn.

How old is she, in months?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?

I am currently stuck with the problem of boredom.
Who's bored, you or the birds? :D
How can you tell?
How many birds total(with ages and genders)?
.... in how big a coop and run(in feet by feet)?
Dimensions and pics would help here.

When I have a bird that is acting 'off' I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

She is 7 months old. I feed layer ration crumbles. I have ten total birds. They are all the same age/gender. I haven’t noticed any abnormal poop or such. I can’t separate her she would get too cold. As it gets below freezing at night. The food is 18 protein and they can eat at there own intake. They get mealworms daily. The rest of the birds seem fine. Scince I am dealing with pecking issues I let 2-3 out at a time every so often. I am adding on lots of space though that will be done this weekend. Here is my coop. And pics of extension. The coop is 6by 4 and run is 18 by4. The extension is 12 by 8
