d'Uccle color help *New Pics added, pg 3*

there is a pic of a gold neck d'uccle chick on feathersite.com.
I think it is the very last chick picture. I don't remember my porcelain being bright yellow like that. I'm thinking it was a pastel yellow with some blue tint to it.

Hmm the Golden Neck looks a little more buff and lighter stripes than my little chick.

Seems like there has to be one mystery chick in every order lol.

You should have more of an idea in about a week when their wing feathers are in. Then of course you can post a picture and we can debate it all again

My little Mille Fleurs d'Uccles are 1 month old today. They have a few more feathers now. And from my very limited experience, it looks like I might have gotten 1 roo and 3 pullets?

The little yellow one turned out to be the roo (I am almost positive) and is more of a rusty color that the 3 smaller ones.

I am wondering if they will all end up the same color, or if he is indeed possibly a Golden Neck d'Uccle instead of a Mille Fleur. Anyone have any guesses?

These are my first d'Uccles and I am loving them!

They are so little and dainty. Can't let the little roo hear me say that, he thinks he's a toughy

They look all Mille Fleur color to me. My Mille Fleur range in shade from a butterscotch to almost mahogany backgrounds. Let me see if I can find a picture or two of them at one month.

Here are some pics from when they were about 3-4 weeks:

They all grew in with solid color black/red feathers then got spangles later (I worried about that):

This picture was in early September. They are even more spangled now. Only the one black headed rooster has very little white on him.
