d'Uccle Cult

Welp I was gonna ask yall if a Satin, Silkie or Cochin (all bantams) would cause any harm to my little girlee d'uccles when trying to mate....got my answer I guess as my 1 yr old Joey gave me "birds-eye" view lol!
Lil Cathy willingly accepted the challenge and I hadn't seen an egg from her just yet (thar I can confirm anyways). He got down and she just shook like a wet dog lolol.
But yall think they'll be ok since they are so tiny compared to all the other bantams?
They’ll be fine!:)

Sad news y’all, my d’Uccles are being rehomed tomorrow :( we are moving and can’t keep them.
Oh noooo that’s so sad!! 😩😩 I’m so sorry you have to rehome your beautiful babies! Wish there was another solution for you 😢 Can you have chickens where you are moving?

Nope, heading to an apartment. Luckily we know the people we’re giving them to, so hopefully I’ll be able to visit them again :)

Thank you everyone for your sweet words 💛

Between better weather and getting enough strength/health to get outside more, it’s been lovely getting to know new personalities as the flock entirely free ranges now. Little Millie and Fleur have taken to following me around the yard. They sound like tiny squeaky rolling chair wheels 😂 They take seed so gently from me and I think I’m slowly winning them over. The porcelains group together closely and still prefer the rear yard section. Not a fan of snow and using their flying skills to avoid as much as possible!
