OMGeeze I don't feel so badly bout my "little" illegal here! OMGeeze....
How do yall keep up with that many!!! I could never!

It’s not too bad! The biggest issue is having so many little sections, I absolutely must have them consolidated by winter. I’m not doing 6 different waters! The two older groups are doing well together. The issue will be the roosters… Rocky the neighbour roo obviously isn’t a fan of the cockerels. He’s safe with kids though and incredibly polite to the hens. Richard and Roger attack the kids, sometimes me. But I prefer their genetics for egg colours. Most of the smaller pen are lightweight birds and they won’t stay in the main run since it’s a short fence

I got a surprise w my silkie and polkie laying tan eggs, along w my cochin.. i wish i had blue or green, but at least they aren't just all white.

My Polish hasn’t laid since the first week we got her My only white layer for a while. Almost all of last year’s layers are browns and I thought egg colour was silly. I just loved the chickens for themselves. Now I need allllll the egg colours. Green/olive didn’t appeal until later this year and I bought two for greens, I want to breed my own mostly

I get it, i love all my girls and wouldn't trade them for anything. I think (think) im done acquiring though, and i realllllly wish i had a couple bantam easter eggers

Whats funny, my polish have been my daily layers in this heat! And they are new layers too. Everyone else has bantam eggs, so i love their big eggs
