My D'uccle were the first chickens to lay and were the only chickens to lay when it was soo sooo cold outside. Trexroo's Barred Buffs have now also started to lay and my D'uccle are taking a break i guess. -17 i would take a break too.

they did fine in central colorado and we had temps down to 17F while i had them there

Mine? Pretty good. Spoilt bad. I work at a aawmill. I get lumber n saw chips for free .
