Hey Lori.....just to let you know, you didn't miss much in Dalton this past weekend. I think there were only 3 D's in the open show! Cute birds, but not too many. Hope you are well.

I'm glad I didn't try to drive to Dalton, as I was exhausted after the round-trip to Maryville on Saturday morning for DD's class.
Had I expended all that energy to see 3 d'Uccles shown I'd have been sad.

I'm glad I didn't try to drive to Dalton, as I was exhausted after the round-trip to Maryville on Saturday morning for DD's class.
Had I expended all that energy to see 3 d'Uccles shown I'd have been sad.

Not worth the drive to see 3 birds. That is for sure. My little babies from GC are well. They are about 5 weeks now and the D is still all white? Turns out the other very cute black fluffy girl is actually a surprise bantam cochin baby. No wonder they didn't look anything alike!

Yep, that's what I get for letting my 13yr old collect eggs all by herself. Normally I'm up there w/her and she askes if she's not sure what to mark an egg for. I've got eggs ready to send you, so PM me when you have time. I hope everyone else is doing well, birds too!

Yes that is Nugget and Tasha is the one eating. She's a moose compared to these older D'Uccles.
