D'uccle Thread

This is Waffles.. a Lav I believe.. she has some awful vulture hock but she's cute as a button and super sweet. She is my only d'Uccle so I don't know if that's a common trait for them or not. Would love to get some more if there is anyone close that has a variety of colors and sells eggs or babies .. I am east coast Florida :)

They are supposed to have vulture hocks...

She is gorgeous. And lucky you, her foot feathers are in excellent condition from what I can see. Pearl's are all broken.
 

Is it just me or is "Waffles" a hilarious and great name? Here are some pics of my new D'Uccle "Grouse". She is very tame and likes to sit on my arm and let me raise her up so she can peck bugs off the barn wall. It's really nice to finally get a tame one. She is only a few months old, but maybe she can calm my others down a bit!
