Thanks wegotchickens, His big comb was the thing I was worried about. I haven't had any young ones to grow off yet and haven't any idea at what age the comb stops growing. I'm hoping he'll grow into it too. I'll hang on to him to see how he develops and keep my fingers crossed.
I have to get batteries for my camera before I can take more pics.

You will also notice as he matures that the tip of his tail feathers will get the white tip they look for.
Also with each molt the white of the mottling will become more pronounced.

You know what's sad? I have a gorgeous mille fleur rooster that I have been trying to sell for next to nothing and nobody where I live seems to even know what they are...can't get anyone out here to look at him! He's my only mille fleur and I am focusing on other breeds and so I have this bird with no hens... : (
