D'uccle Thread

Curious if he will get spurs or not.
My porcelain roo was late blooming in the feather dept (but his comb reddened at 3 weeks, though not bigger) He never did get spurs, and he's 2 years now! Also on the smallish side, and has heavy feathering on the legs like yours looks to have. Mine is sweet and has stayed sweet, i love that boy.

I will keep you updated. I need to check next time I'm in with them to see if the others do. They have so many foot feathers its hard to tell.

Napoleon and some of his Ladies. Duke of Cluckingham is in the back.

Believe it or not there are 7 roos in a 6x8 coop and they all get along. Napoleon keeps everyone in line. Two of the Silkie roos are going to a new home tomorrow.

K Epp, he is BEAUTIFUL!! I love his big thick neck, mine tend to have the scrawny long necks. I also have a lot of roos in a small area and rarely have issues. My blue cochin roo keeps everyone in line.

Thank you. I lucked out. I bought him as a day old from the feed store. They order their chicks from Ideal in Texas. Wish I had a pullet to go with him.
