I'd say she is a Silver. She is very cute, whatever she is though.

She may be a silver with a bit of color bleed.

But, like my own 4, we'll simply have to practice patience as we wait and see. Frustrating, ain't it?

Y'know, if you look at the first pic on post 1534 you can see the cockeral on the left (head not in shot) has a bit of gold on him. That's what I was wondering about when I said bled through....

Here is the little Gn baby. She is 15 days old and unless a comb come out of nowhere, it is safe to say SHE.

Hubby had to hold her tail feathers so she would stay put. She was NOT thrilled...

And, look at these feet feathers! LONG for only being 15 days

What do you think, Grammy?!

I love the feet feathers but am disappointed that Midas didn't throw more middle toe feathers her way!
And she's looking very butterscotchy at the moment, too....

Otherwise I am all

And thinking it's a very good thing I have a few of my own to love on lest I try to come steal her

Midas has greatly improved the middle toe feathering from the moms. They have almost nothing on their middle toes, so I think she is a middle ground between the two. I am very happy with it. He is greatly improving my babies.

Stand by for pics of the butterscotch girlie. Gotta bring her in for her photo shoot.

Here is the butterscotch girlie. She is actually bigger than I thought she was, but I am still going to wait until she lays before putting her with Midas.

They are cell shots, so they aren't great.

You can't tell real well in the last pic, but the dark areas on her wings are the dark butterscotch color. The rest of her is cream.
