I use a duffle bag and half my under-the-kitchen-sink cabinet.

Probably not anywhere near proper. 😅

I use one of these, but I keep all of the animal meds and treatment items in it. I was using the more narrow version before but I like the larger one more because I can fit the foot bath in it too. Whenever I need to treat anyone, I use one of those small white plastic baskets with a handle that you often get fresh strawberries or peaches from local farms, to hold whatever items I need if I need multiple things.
