I haven't been soaking her feet. We don't have some of the stuff we need right now, I am working on getting everything all together though. What we don't currently have bandages or something to wrap her feet with and a bucket that is big enough for her, to comfortably fit in. The next time I go into town I will get everything I need. Any advice on what to get would be great. Thank you, hope you figure things out for your duck too@AngelinaThePekin8 that is a huge egg! My Pekin hen, Honey Boo Boo, has been laying so many soft eggs lately. I've started her on regular doses of Citracal every other day. I finally got an egg that had some shell, but still not a regular shell. I often wonder if her recurring infection and treatment with so many antibiotics has anything to do with her shell gland issues. She has laid some odd eggs in the past though. Aren't you treating for bumblefoot now? How's it going?
@Isadora how's Keifer the Keeper doing?
We're gonna need some update pics. He's great, Heather, thanks for asking. The three new ducks I got follow him around and won't leave him alone. They had a pekin drake as a buddy but he got sick and got put down shortly before I got them. It was really sweet to me that they bonded with Keifer immediately.
I'm bugging the seller now, hopefully they respond and have more pics of the other drake.@Everose he is such a handsome drake. How old is he?

Ugh so handsome!View attachment 3026001
He's quite the ladies man, apparently.
I like a shallow foot tub for soaking my Pekins feet, Epsom salts, and vet wrap for bandaging. I normally use the store brand triple antibiotic ointment because I use so much of it. The brand name stuff gets expensive, but I am a bit heavy handed with the stuff. Some 2X2's for padding and keeping the ointment off the vet wrap and bandaids for securing the 2x2. A lot of people use duct tape but I've never had much luck with it. I prefer to just change it when it gets wet.I haven't been soaking her feet. Edit: I also need to get some Neosporin for treating her bumble foot, any recommendations for any specific kinds of anything that I need for treating her bumble foot would be very helpful.
