Duck and Ice Help

My ducks go swimming during the day and sleep in the barn at night. I noticed that the ducks have chunks of ice on their feathers. How do I get this off? Has anyone else had the same problem?

If they can be in an area that's above freezing - like, 40F, the ice will be gone.

Mine do the same thing. They refuse to go into their house during the day, even when it's cold and windy and they have icicles hanging off of them! They seem to be cold, but they just stay outside in the run anyway. I put extra straw on the ground to give them a place that is a little warmer to sit than the frozen ground. They seem to appreciate it. We've only had our ducks since April, and I'm learning that sometimes it's easier to work with what they are doing, rather than try to understand it!
