I have a male duck who recently started attacking one of my hens. It started after I had to kill one of the hens that he grew up with (she was sick). I went to give this hen a bath and I found that not only was she bruised all over, but she has what looks likes scabs all over her back and under wing. I’m hoping it’s scabs and not a disease. Hen is eating and drinking normally. She’s always had a limp on her right side. Energy level is normal and she is laying normal happy eggs. I definitely need some advice on what this is...
TIA!

Can you take her to a vet?

I would separate the duck immediately. He does not need access to the chickens period - sorry, not to trying to be harsh.

Your hen has some severe damage to her body, imho.
I've circled a place in your photo - is that a hole into the body cavity?

I'm surprised her energy level is normal and she is laying happy eggs, but chickens will try to keep going and hide any issues until they just can't.

She may heal up o.k. barring any infection. I would cage her where she can rest in peace. Keep flies away from her so they don't lay eggs in the wounds. After getting her cleaned up, apply some Vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment. She may also needs some antibiotics to help fight infection.

See that she is eating well and offer her some poultry vitamins and extra protein.
Keep us posted.
