They are about 3 weeks oldHow old? It sounds like he may have a Vitamin B deficiency.
Is there a good way to keep him immobilized until I can help him?How old? It sounds like he may have a Vitamin B deficiency.
Can I give that to all of the ducks, even if they are not having the same issue? Or do I need to keep him separate from the rest for a little while with his own waterer? Are you proving a vitamin B supplement? If not I would go get some as soon as you can, for a vitamin B deficiency most people will get this, available at most feed stores.

Yes any dosage info would be helpful! It's best to give him it orally using an eyedropper or a small syringe since ducklings sometimes don't drink all of the water they instead spill it all over the bedding and giving it orally you know he is getting the correct dosage. @Miss Lydia do you have the dosage? I think separating him from the flock would only further stress him out, I would just make sure the other ducklings don't pick on him, If they do you could make a clear divider in the brooder so he can hear and see them.
Do you know how long it will take before I will start seeing improvements?1 ml per day
