One of my ducks has lost its balance. It just started today after swim time. It can’t stand up. Is there anything u can do to fix it?!!!

Are you proving a vitamin B supplement? If not I would go get some as soon as you can, for a vitamin B deficiency most people will get this, available at most feed stores.

Can I give that to all of the ducks, even if they are not having the same issue? Or do I need to keep him separate from the rest for a little while with his own waterer?

It's best to give him it orally using an eyedropper or a small syringe since ducklings sometimes don't drink all of the water they instead spill it all over the bedding and giving it orally you know he is getting the correct dosage. @Miss Lydia do you have the dosage? I think separating him from the flock would only further stress him out, I would just make sure the other ducklings don't pick on him, If they do you could make a clear divider in the brooder so he can hear and see them.

Yes any dosage info would be helpful!
