Do you know how long it will take before I will start seeing improvements?

Depends on the duckling. Some can see improvements pretty fast others it can’t a few days to a week. You can also spread that 1 ml out over several doses so you’re not trying to get it all into the little duckling all at once. That will help too. Many put it over a treat that the ducklings will eat up.

Is there a good way to keep him immobilized until I can help him?

Since he is wobbly, make sure to provide some nice soft bedding for him, I would also make sure he can't accidentally fall in the waterer and drown. @Knighstar679 Gave you some good advice, make sure to keep us updated! To prevent the other's from getting a vitamin b deficiency, I would either put a few drops of the B Complex in their waterer or sprinkle brewers yeast over their food.

I went to TS as soon as you guys gave me the advice & I got the Vitamin B into him when I cam home. He was still having a little trouble, because I guess it wasn’t in his system yet. When I was changing out their bedding tonight, he seems to be doing pretty good!! He was standing and walking around and acting very well! So I added that stuff to their water and will from now on until I switch their food in a few days. Thank you guys for all your help. It is so so appreciated for a first time duck mom!
