Pictures would help. If the air sac is too big the humidity is likely too low. What are you keeping your humidity at? When I incubated duck eggs I shot for 45-55% until lockdown where I bumped it 55-65%

The best thing to do is keep an eye on the humidity.
Too low of humidity can cause the egg to loose internal moisture causing the air cell to become larger than it should.
Note that it is natural for the air cell to get larger over the course of the incubation.
I always make sure to spritz my eggs with water 4 times a day.
Depending on how large the air cell is correcting any humidity issues may be just enough to keep the egg viable.
If the air cell is too small there is not much you can do.

Can you tell me where the air cell is at based on this diagram?

are you able to start your own thread? Select the egg hatching section and then at the top there should be a make a thread option somewhere. Are you on phone or computer?

So for me on phone, it might be similar for you:
I see this with all the topics

I scroll down to incubating and hatching eggs, click on that and it takes me to all the egg threads:

At the top there is the green "Post Thread" button. Do you see this? If not I'll go on computer and show you from there.
If you click on post thread, it'll take you to another page where you can write a title at the top, for example something just like "Help, duck egg, day 18" then below that you can scroll to a large box and type in everything you want to say. Attach photo the usual way, and then at the bottom of the screen there will be a post button to publish the thread. It will mean more replies and better help, as lots of old threads have people in who don't really use the forum anymore.
Let me know if this helps, if not I can show you from a computer step by step!
