Duck egg not hatching, but might have chirped. Help!!!!

I have a Pekin duck egg and I see its veins when I candle it, and when I did the float test it proved the duck was alive. I have the ducks in the basement where it is pretty warm and I don't know if it has chirped. I would like to help the duck as we are on day 32 but I have no idea what to do. Should I tap it open with a spoon?

If you still see veins, the embryo isn't close to hatching.
