it’s possible. I looked in their pen for anything that he could have hit it on, found nothing. I would think he could have done it on a stick, but do to the cold, and work, they’ve been locked in their run since Wednesday.

None, the other drake is a mallard, much smaller, they live with a kahki Campbell hen. The only fighting I’ve seen between them is Marco (patient) goes after Polo (mallard) is if another drake is outside their pen, which hasn’t happened in over a week.

We took Marco to the doctor today. She Isn’t sure what caused it. We are concentrating on clearing up the infection first. He’s got 2 eyed drops and an antibiotic. She said she didn’t think I’d was necessary to quarantine him, but said if we can easily do it, then it wouldn’t hurt. He’s in their 4x8 house with a window, and I used a screen on the door so he can see his friends. Thanks for everybody’s help! Here he is hiding from the doctor! Showing his good side of course!

Bactrim orally, Ciprofloxacin and Flurbiprofen, eyedrops once a day. It's hard to get him to take the oral stuff, he just clamps his beak shut. I might just put it on mealworms and leave it in his house.

No, don't do that, just open his beak and insert the pill. Trust me. it does not hurt them. If you do not give them orally there is a very good chance he could get worse.

It's a liquid, with an oral syringe. He clamps up and won't open his mouth. Is there a way to get him to open up, and say ahhh?
