Oyster shells is the main one. Also if you are deterred by calcium supplements because the labels say to inject know that you can give them orally with a plain old syringe (no needle of course). If you are still not wanting to use any labeled "injectable" chewy.com offers an avian calcium supplement that has a squirt bottle like top that you top their food with.

She laid an egg and shes fine now must have been stuck for 4 months

Egg-bound birds usually will die within 72 hours if not treated properly.
I can say with certainty she did not have a fully developed egg in her reproductive tract for four months.
