Well the saga started in the first 32 degree morning here at 6:30 am today. We washed the foot, applied neosporin, and baracaded the drakes from the girls. She did a lot of laying around today. Good news is her nail looks better?! No new blood. We applied more neosporin. There was a lot of dried d blood coming out from the claw hole at 6:30 am today. And the claw looked 1/2 pulled out? Do their claws retract? idk? But so grateful keeping her away from the boys is helping her rest. I dud notice through out the day she was sitting a LOT or using her bill to mess with that foot, looked like dog licking an imjured paw? Can ducks even do that? idk. But, releived tonight no new blood.
