Well the saga started in the first 32 degree morning here at 6:30 am today. We washed the foot, applied neosporin, and baracaded the drakes from the girls. She did a lot of laying around today. Good news is her nail looks better?! No new blood. We applied more neosporin. There was a lot of dried d blood coming out from the claw hole at 6:30 am today. And the claw looked 1/2 pulled out? Do their claws retract? idk? But so grateful keeping her away from the boys is helping her rest. I dud notice through out the day she was sitting a LOT or using her bill to mess with that foot, looked like dog licking an imjured paw? Can ducks even do that? idk. But, releived tonight no new blood.Do you have pics of the injuries?
