Duck hatchling blind

Our duck hatchling looks blind, looks like his brown membrane is stuck to his eye . How do I get it out , ? I thought about using saline water solution. Please help she looks bad

Warm moist compresses followed by ophthalmic antibiotic ointment.

Okay I will use warm compresses, can I spray vetercyrn ??

Not in the eye. Use tetramyicyn eye ointment. You can get it at Wal-Mart or Amazon.

How is she doing? It looks like she had some abrasions on her bill as well. I hope shes doing alright

Thanks for all your support we lost the duck the next day. I believe she was shrink wrapped
