Duck ID

I was recently in Germany and I saw these ducks on the Neckar river. I have no clue what they are! Does anyone else know?

Male - I never got close enough to the male to be 100% sure that he is the same kind as the female and babies, but I believe that it is.

The "female and young" look like wood ducks, post over in the ornamental area to get a faster more accurate answer. No idea on the darker one.

The top one looks like a Eurasian coot. The bottom two photos look like mandarin duck and ducklings.

I think you are right. When I looked closer at the tails, I realized they are different.

Where you in Berlin? They have a big population of mandarin ducks there.
