Keep an eye on her, but I don't think it's to the stage where you have to be worried. These problems are most frequently due to an obstruction of the upper airway, or esophagus, but usually, resolve by themselves. As suggested previously, ensure she has head deep water as that can aid in the debridement of the object. Also, ensuring not to feed her any food that may irritate her respiratory tract (dusty feed), or anything large can help at keeping the problem from becoming worse
