No need to fear. Just keep him and his poop away from the others, take a sample to a vet and have them check it. There are medications to treat it if necessary.

Over loaded? :/ is there another way to tell if they are? Besides their poop.
 
Looks like Cayuga with angel wing to me too. They do not fly, but can make it harder for them to pop off ground to escape a predator if free ranged. Once he starts to molt wrap the wing to try and straighten it out. Since he was a rescue he may not have had a good balanced diet, which can sometimes cause problems like that. I have 3 Cayuga they are awesome ducks. Males are so pretty with that Green Sheen on their black color.
