Duck with Bumblefoot (Warning Viewer Discretion Is Advised)

Make sure to check them daily for pasty butt. I'd give her a couple drops 2X a day in her mouth and let her drink save a chick along with the rest. The best eye ointment would be from feed store terramycin or Veterycin spray I think I have seen where members have used a little neosporin with out pain around the eye too, but I'd wrap her gently in a soft towel or cloth and try to look into her eye she may have something in it like dust from the bedding or from the feed. If the other chicks aren't stepping on her or picking on her I'd leave her with them. You can make a saline wash by using a small amount of salt 1/8  teaspoon  to a cup of warm water and gently rinsing the eye if you suspect there is something in it.

Would it work just the same if I dip her beak in it? How much does she need? And how do I rinse her eye with saline?

Not sure you can get her to drink it straight I'd try the dropper or a small syringe with out a needle. Just a tiny drop in her bill it will be easy to do. I had saved a bottle with a dropper that had nose drops in it. I washed out the bottle and dropper and put the nutri drench inside used the dropper to put drops into my chicks and ducklings if needed or adults too. If your going to use it for them to drink, My small bottle says if making up a solution in a gallon of water mix 4fluid oz for poultry 1-4 days old 2 fluid oz for 5-14 days old. I'd mix up 1/2oz to a pint of water this needs to be changed and made fresh daily. If using straight from bottle just a few drops right inside the beak. small drops one at a time giving the chick a chance to swallow between drops With that many chicks Id have 2 waterers for them.

The local feed stores here, including Tractor Supply, sell sick chicks to people all the time. Most of these places have no idea what a sick chick looks like, nor do they know how to treat them.

Healthy chicks will gain weight daily, so you have a kitchen scale, you might want to track their weights. Any weight loss is bad, but so is lack of gain.

Next time you get chicks from a place like Tractor Supply, check the crops on them. Healthy chicks spend their days eating, drinking and pooping. If they are eating properly, their crops will have plenty of food in them.

Here is a chick with a full crop:

I don't know if this is every TSC but the one I have been in when they had chicks and ducklings [I stay away now] puts out feed and water and in no time it's clogged with shavings so I think alot of these chicks die from shipping and not being cared for properly once they get to the store. Chicks and duckling can't eat if there is nothing there but wood chips covering their feed or can't drink if the waterer is clogged with shavings.
