Duck with Horrible Eye

Long story but I'll make it short my sister stole one of my ducks and they came back to me like this, a large inflamed eye bugged out, pouring liquid and with a pus center over his pupil, what do I do? I tried pushing it off with a Q-tip part of it stayed and it came back I have been giving him cephlaxin in his water for the bacterial infection with vitamins and electrolytes and vetericyn eye gel, there is a cloudy part on his other eye, they said it was from an injury from a cat??? My vet doesn't take babies. What is the real issue here? What else can I do? He is perky and acts normal but the eye is obviously causing pain, itchy, and irritated.

With the vitamins, electrolytes, antibiotic, and his eye gel he has almost fully recovered. Here he is today. I hope this helps anyone with similar issues. Takes about a week and a half-2 weeks for recovery.
