Ducking membrane dried out!

The two duckings hatched about 24 hours ago. They seem very weak and don't move around much. They peep and kick around but refuse to walk. I have starter feed and water but can't them to eat much of anything. Any advice? They are sleeping in the picture I added in

Just keep them warm for now
they dont need to eat much as their yolk sac has provided them with enough nutrients for a few days.

I had a silkie chick who was shrink wrapped and I had to assist it, the chick was very weak when it was finally out the egg. I kept it warm and kept talking to it and eventually after laying down for a few hours, the chick opened it's eyes, started opening it's toes and then eventually started rolling around in an attempt to walk.
It was weak on it's legs for a few days, so I gave it exercise by sitting it on my stomach and calling it over so it scrambled to my voice, eventually getting stronger on it's legs.

As for the not eating, they should be fine for about 2 days while the yolk sac sustains them but it is still best to teach them to eat before that, and if you are worried about hydration, dab a little water on the side of the bill for them to lick off, but they should be fine for that too.

They usually rest for a while after hatching, before suddenly becoming balls of energy that'll keep you on your toes, and then suddenly zonking out again with no warning, scared me at first when they went from running around and peeping to sleeping in weird positions the next, like on the back or sides. :p
