Ah, I see. I still see a long road ahead. When people get prosthetics, they get a lot of PT, counseling, and instruction to teach them how to use them. You can't tell an animal how to use prosthetics. I'm not trying to be negative here, just practical. Whatever happens, I wish the best outcome for this little guy.In the pics that were posted it looks like there are short stumps.

He do have stumpsYou have to have something to hook them to. Does he have stumps? He has to have limbs of some sort to move, in order to manipulate the prosthetics.
