DUCKLING CANT WALK HELP

I recently received these chocolate Muscovy ducklings off of Craigslist. Something is wrong with the duckling’s right leg. It’s holding it up like a flamingo. It can move its leg but not its toes. Anyone know what happened? Is there a cure?

Looks like the duck may have curled toe. What you do is make a splint to hold the foot in the correct position. @HollowOfWisps I think you mentioned using painters tape.

Yes painters tape is perfect for curled toe. I cut a 2-3" size piece, lay the foot flat on the sticky part fold over and lightly press to seal. I like to leave an inch of tape behind the foot when I lay it on the sticky side so when I fold it over both sides meet mid way up the leg to help stabilize.
