Duckling choking?!?!

I tried really hard to embed the video into this post but it would not let me so i made a post on FB and attached the link. Please let me know what you guys think. This is my first time raising ducklings and this little one looks as if she is choking. She's been doing this for a few days now but it is starting to get worse. They have a large bucket of water to blow their nostrils out and such. She's still active and eating and drinking... any thoughts?

Come to think of it, Im pretty sure I have heard her peep. But maybe not recently. She is always the silent one for sure, she also isn't starting to make duck noises like the rest of them. i.e., getting really loud when I walk in the barn.

She may not be able to make any noise. She could be mute. I don't know how common it is in ducks but i think it could be possible. Is she eating and drinking well?

Holy Cow...
Provide water deep enough to clean its nares and eyes 24/7..Ducks choke without water on feed.

Is that loaf pan in the video the deepest water that they have? Have you tried putting them in a warm bath tub of water to swim and clean themselves. If not try that and see if your duckling stops doing that after.
