I think I did it in a pm though because, well I have a reputation to protect...

I think a trip to a tool store or a farm store would have something to use as a web for the duck.  

My 3D printer is on the fritz right now, and I doubt they have one in all of her country of origin.... Especially on the NorthWest shore where she lives. 

I am amazed I was the one that figured out she is Icelandic...  

Tru dat, you did send that idea to me, don't remember which one of you was first tho.

Or I could just have her be a house duck forever and recline on fluffy pillows for the rest of her days.....

Even so you would want her to walk, or swim in the tub while you take your monthly bath....



BTW Actually it just proves Liz and I have great minds and think alike. I think some of the great thinking has to do with the use of the Fahrenheit system.... Instead of the Anti-Netherlands Celsius system which does not require any mental exercise to use.........

My personal opinion is that a vet consult would be best, even if it's just a consult.

I'm not sure the "banding" method is best here because of the amount of bone involved and incorrect placement of the band could do mor harm than good. Might be best just to let the dead parts fall off on their own, that or cut them off. Maybe one could star by trimming a toenail short. If no blood, trim more?
