Duckling hatching help

The two weaker ones came out, both with naked bellies distended with yolk. Not much on one (active and peepy), more on the other (quiet and kicking a lot). On the second one it's pink like raw hamburger. Should I apply Neosporin? I have them in a separate incubator, keeping sore areas moist, keeping them warm.

Out of seven eggs, one died, another needed help (and had attached yolk) but is now doing fine.

Now another baby is hatching, very weak, she was malpositioned and pipped the wrong end and premature. She's kicked herself out of the shell now, no veins, some bloody yolk attached. Some blood in the abandoned shell where she originally pipped through a vein.

I've got her warm and resting under the lamp in our makeshift incubator, bacitracin (with aloe) on the raw tummy. Some peeping, lots of foot kicking and foot shaking.

Is there anything else I should do? Veggiemite water for shaky leg?
