Duckling leg problem

Hello all,

I have a singleton duckling that hatched almost three weeks ago. It has been fine until this morning. This morning i noticed she was not getting up and walking around. So I checked her feet and legs so swelling or bumble. So I put her in the sink for a swim this morning she barely moved around but did clean and play, as well as ate peas.

I added some b complex to her water after to see if she might perk up. She is certainly trying to be. Plus tonight when I did another swim in the sink I saw her actively swimming around this time instead of just bobbing there. I did do nutro-drench and b complex orally tonight to see if that helps. Anything else that I should be trying.

Such a cutie. Sounds like she is responding to the BComplex I’d just keep that and the nutridrench up. And swimming best way to get those little legs strong.

Instead of putting the b-complex in the water I would put 1 ml over mealworms or some other treat that she will eat right up which will give her the full benefit of the vitamin. I don't like to put it in water because I feel it gets too diluted.

She started walking around about three days after treatment. I put the b complex in the water and in a mesh of food for her. She is a peeping Meep and her legs are getting better every day.
