If it were mine I would weigh it, then give it a more precise dose of the b complex, some vitamin e, and maybe a tiny bit of selenium, but I would need to know it weight first.

Sorry it took so long I had to work 12 hours today but I’m finally home and got to weigh my little Spazz. 1.03 lbs or 16.48 oz.

If it is neurological, I found this study that looked at two ducks with hereditary tremors. One drake with a quite pronounced tremor that affected his balance, and one female who had pronounced tremors but improved with age.
Seeing as your little one can swim & scratch (just quite poor at walking) it seems their prognosis would be hopeful? It might improve with time.
