We had a little Runner hatch this morning it's under a Salmon Faverolle so will try to get pic later after she dries.[thinking positive]

I tried to introduce 7 week ducks to 3 older (3 yr old) ducks and Buster Girl charged at them! They GOT to go in that pen soon! The other two didn't seem to mind. I am currently raiding all the threads on here to see what to do. TIA

Best way to introduce is with a see not touch pen let them live side by side for a while that way your adults aren’t looking at your new ducklings as intruders. After they have been that way for a few days to a week try letting them all be together when you toss out treats. They’ll soon be one flock, just takes time and patience.

What a terrible thread!

I caught up it this evening, after dealing with a complete idiot at my job for the whole day!
Now i have an acute duckling fever attack!!!
Fortunately all farm supply stores are closed now

I need to keep a glass of duck poop inside for these temptations!

I had my the babies out today. We were just walking around and the other 1yr old babies just looked at them
Wouldn't get near them . I've been doing this all week for about an hr in the afternoon.... so fast so good but I'm gonna build my mother's day present tomorrow and I hope I can very them together this week end other than Lucky she is only a week old so she has to stay with mommie for now . My pekins are a month old now
