It’s not required, but I like to do it. It’s supposed to mimic a hen getting off her nest. I don’t remember the exact time amounts, hang on.

My duck eggs are on day 3 and my chicken eggs are on day 9 or 10, I've got to look on my calendar

Usually I do, this time I’m not because my air cells are pretty large.

Most cooling periods go two hours though!
