Ducklings about the hatch, help!

Nemo is still breathing and moving. I got some dinner and the second I walked in I started talking to him and he peeped and had a small flurry of movement. He is still in the same position so I carefully chipped a bit more shell and moistened the membrane. I am going to post another pic and video. Just above and to the right of his beak is an area where the feathers look thin then bald. Is this his yolk sac? I just want to be aware, and if it is, he isn't ready to come out yet.
On another note, Nemo's dad, Forest, was just found dead. No clue what happened. He was acting a bit strange on Monday, not following momma duck Brie around as he usually does. It took quite a bit to get him I that night, and I thought his eyes looked white. He has been acting normal since, but then he was found dead by the baby pool just now. No visible marks. I'm not at the farm right now, but I have all the eggs with me in the incubators.

Yes, at this point, I would. Dont pull him out, just remove the fat end of the shell. He may wiggle out into your hand, so be ready if he does. Otherwise just set him back in the Bator and let him work out on his own.

Thanks. I'm giving him a tiny break, then will remove the rest of the bottom
