Ducklings losing wing feathers - pecking problem?

Thank you. Then maybe this duck is the first of the group to start shedding baby wing feathers then and getting new ones? I do definitely see others peck at the bare spots though and he will squack and get away from them. I went to my tractor supply and got "peck no more lotion" today and will try putting that on him when I put them all back together this weekend (right now I have 2 of the ones who had been getting picked on together away from the rest of the flock)
