How many roosters and how many hens? Also, how old are your roos?
Looks like your hens are being overmated, and no amount of feed or feather fixer will help unless the hens can have some time separately time to recover.

It sounds like you need to separate the boys from the girls to give the girls a much needed break.

They are all free range

If you won't separate them, the girls will likely continue to look the way they do.
You could also have them take turns free-ranging.
