Ducks are good at hiding symptoms..

If she won’t eat her reg diet is try to get her to eat what you can. The salmon will have good nutrients in it if she’ll eat it. Have you tried making a soup out of her reg feed?
She’s still eating her regular diet but in a very small amount. I also made her soup she’s drinking it but still I think she needs more and different foods to be strong enough to pass the egg.

I had a parrot who got egg bound, once the egg fails to be laid it goes back up into the abdomen and its bad news. If the egg moves back by the vent its possible they can use a needle and suck out the contents of the egg to help her pass it. Very sorry, this exact thing happened to me and my prayers are with you.
I truly hope the egg move to the vent and I will be able to catch it before she prolapses again..
Sorry for your parrot 😞

Hi,
Thank you for your concern🙂
She’s still walking and eating but not so much..
She’s preening, I gave her a lukewarm bath but she was more stressed and kept biting so I didn’t bother her and let her go.
This is the nutrition facts of the calcium that the vet prescribed for both of them.
