Do Ducks lay on eggs in the fall?

Can I seperate my female duck from my males Ducks, to give her a little break?

How do you introduce new ducks to a new flock? I put a female in with 2 males and another female and the males pulled out so many feathers and hurt her.

Also, my males ducks are like 2 peas in a pod. They don't fight at all. They were raised together.

Two drakes team breeding a hen may injure or even inadvertently drown her. There is no reason the hens can not be separated from the drakes.

The hen needs to be separated ASAP. The two drake's will rape a single hen to death. You need to get another 6-7 (more than likely more since they are being aggressive) sexually mature hens before putting her back with the drake's or re-home her.
