Hi, I have two 9months female ducks called daisy and cookie.
I was worried About a few things.
First since they started laying eggs a few months ago they got so much thinner although their eating behaviours haven't changed.
Next, one of them lay eggs almost everyday and some days 2eggs! I was wondering if that's normal.
And third cookie's eyes are always teary and somehow She has feather loss around her eyes . Is this a sign of a sickness?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Also, do they have full access to water deep enough to dunk their heads?

My first thought if eating and drinking well but skinny would be worms, possibly... might be a good idea to deworm them with a good broad spectrum dewormer like Safeguard or Valbazen... what do their poops look like?

Thanks:) They have access to water and they dive in the little pool even in the middle of the night! I feed them with fresh vegetable, boiled eggs and cooked pasta without salt. They wouldn't eat pellet or corn or seeds since day one. I haven't noticed any change in their poops , as always sometimes dark or green and sometimes liquid and sometimes solid . But it depends on the kind of food they have.

Welcome to BYC!

Can you tell us what you feed them and post some pictures of them? Maybe @WVduckchick , @Ravynscroft , @Miss Lydia , @Pyxis , and @Amiga will offer some advice.
Thanks!
