If it's a soft shell egg then she might be lacking in calcium, are you giving her oyster shell? If not then giving her some when you can will help with that or you can just feed her mashed up egg shells from the eggs you use.

Sometimes they do get ahead of themselves - sometimes they need a little more calcium.Egg question here...I found an agg this morning. And my duck just layed another one just now. And its squishy. Fully formed but soft luke jelly. How did this happen? Should it have not been layed until tomorrow? Cuz I didn't think they can lay twice a day!!!
