Dumbest Questions or Comments You Have Received About Birds

Oh they will! trust me!

Not exactly the same thing, but I had a neighbor tell me my birds were out and taken by a hawk that morning. Said she seen it. I just locked them up (LITERALLY) and counted their heads. They were all there and so I told her. "must not be mine. I just now counted them before leaving the house" She argued and got hateful how she seen it just a few minutes before and I'm aweful for not going back up the road to check up on it.
I PADLOCKED THEM IN 2 MINUTES AGO!!!!

(can you tell I don't like her?)

I think there are more stupid people than smart ones. (and they keep breeding!

ETA: btw... I still have that entire flock now 4 years later. According to her though... other neighbors report that she sees foxes and hawks taking my birds all the time and I don't care. lol. Nutcase!!! I lost one rooster out of 200 birds to a fox once... and guess what... she didn't even notice that one.

One city slicker I had sold an adult hen duck to for companion for her drake called up recently. She said the hen kept sitting on a pile of eggs and wouldn't come out of the duck house but a couple times a day. She wondered what this behavior meant.
