Durvet Vitamins and Electrolyte Solution Recipe?

Hi there!!!

We are incubating 3 duck eggs and they are due in a week! Yay! It's been a few years since we've incubated/raised ducklings. At one time, someone posted a recipe for a Durvet Vitamins and Electrolyte concentrate out of an 8 oz package. Does anyone happen to have that? Or how do you administer?
