Dying Chick?PLEASE HELP

Name: Ruby
Age: 9 weeks
Food: Free Range
Behevioir: Laying down with eyes closed and occasionally jerks like she's trying to throw up . Sometimes(very rarely) perks up to eat a little(I have her in a carrier with some chicken food)
Appearance/Crop: Lower eyelids are slightly bloody on the outside, kind of puffed up and mostly limp, something small and a little bit squishy in crop
How Long Has She Been Like This?: I don't know, I just looked out the window and saw her laying on the ground (not sprawled but her wings were slightly open)


Please,please help!!!! I can't loose her!!!

Should I use a heat lamp? The house doesn't have any rooms that warm . Or I could bring the carrier outside? It's about 80 out there.
Edit: I have her outside now in carrier
