Dying Chick?PLEASE HELP

*groans* Is there a cheaper and still effective alternative? I'm not exactly the richest person and thease birds are already pushing my budget.....*sigh*....but.....I'd do nearly anything to save her.......so if that's all that works.....
No. A vet can prescribe the other thing that cures coccidiosis but this, Corid, is the only thing we can buy over the counter.

I do have a question.....

I'm your first post you indicated good as "free range".
Do you provide chick feed or is she expected to find her own food 100%?

I occasionally give them handfuls of chicken feed and I frequently feed safe kitchen scraps both of wich she ate before this(I didnt think this would be important since her main diet is "free ranging" bugs, grasses ect)............my mom said I should just try Diatomaceous earth for a little bit.........I can't get any Corid for a few days anyway.........the parasite won't kill her overnight??? Or will it??

It can kill her but if you can't get it you can't get it.

So her main diet is whatever she can find?

You should be providing an age appropriate feed all day not just a hand full here and there.

It is nearly impossible for a domesticated chicken to find adequate forage.
