Early February 2016 Hatch - Who's In?

I think this is the average way of determining hatch rate;

1. Early deaths are removed from total set.
2. Infertile are removed from total set.
3. What remains is what is locked down (so if you cull on day 18 candle and decide its clear, its an infertile, and doesn't count)
4. What hatches, is hatch rate from what went into lockdown.

Some ppl compare all they got to what they go, and that's not a hatch rate.

Here are my four chicks so far:

400

400

400

Update on mine:

4/6 hatched from my own barnyard flock.
I candled the other two remaining eggs and they seem to be DIS. One I can see blood pools, and the other one has weird discoloration spots within the air cell. I'll do an egg-topsy tomorrow. (Giving them another day in case I'm wrong.)

My next set is on day 15! I started with 24 shipped from MPC. Today I candled and 8 were clear so I took them out. Left with 16, 5 of which have saddle air sacs. I checked my temp in that incubator with a newly calibrated thermometer and it read about .5 degrees less so I think that's why my first set was delayed in hatching. In this set I have 1 Lavender Amerc., 2 BCM, and the rest are Super Chocolate egg layers and Blue Sex Linked.
